Non, il ne s\u2019agit pas d\u2019une palette de peinture\u2026 mais bien des g\u00e9n\u00e9pis ! Leurs multiples noms varient selon les vall\u00e9es, et r\u00e9ussir \u00e0 ne pas s\u2019emm\u00ealer les pinceaux est d\u00e9j\u00e0 un d\u00e9fi en soi quand on commence \u00e0 les \u00e9tudier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais au fait, pourquoi s\u2019int\u00e9resser aux g\u00e9n\u00e9pis ? Parce qu\u2019ils sont bien plus qu\u2019un simple digestif ! Ces petites plantes d\u2019altitude ont mille histoires \u00e0 raconter et nous embarquent dans un voyage entre science, tradition et terroir, des sommets alpins jusqu\u2019aux bouteilles de liqueur. G\u00e9n\u00e9pi jaune, g\u00e9n\u00e9pi noir\u2026 mais quelles sont ces diff\u00e9rentes esp\u00e8ces ? O\u00f9 poussent-elles ? Comment et pourquoi les r\u00e9colter ? Et surtout, Que dire de la r\u00e9glementation qui encadre leur cueillette ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Autant de questions qui trouveront leurs r\u00e9ponses lors de cette pr\u00e9sentation, o\u00f9 vous d\u00e9couvrirez toutes les facettes \u2013 et toutes les couleurs \u2013 du g\u00e9n\u00e9pi !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Quelques mois avant de rejoindre le CREA Mont-Blanc en 2025 en tant que charg\u00e9e de recherche sur le projet SoPheno, Ninon achevait sa th\u00e8se au Centre d\u2019\u00c9cologie Fonctionnelle et \u00c9volutive de Montpellier. Pendant trois ans, elle s\u2019est passionn\u00e9e pour l\u2019\u00e9tude des g\u00e9n\u00e9pis des Alpes du Sud, explorant aussi bien l\u2019\u00e9cologie des diff\u00e9rentes esp\u00e8ces que la r\u00e9glementation encadrant leur cueillette.
